One view of your whole day. Simple ways to share it.
WhenFree pulls every calendar you connect into a single pane of glass -- one Today, one Tomorrow, instead of switching between apps to piece your own day together. Then it gives you simple, private ways to share that availability -- a link for other people, a display for your wall, an API for your own scripts. Free to use, no fee.
One view of your whole day
Paste in the ICS feed from Google Calendar, Outlook, or any calendar that publishes one -- as many as you want. Today and Tomorrow merge all of them into a single timeline, so you stop tab-switching just to see your own day. Mark any calendar "informational" so it stays visible without counting as busy time.
Share a link, not your calendar
Your public share link shows only busy/free blocks in your configured work hours -- no event titles, no calendar names, nothing else. Regenerate it anytime and the old link stops working immediately.
A display for your desk or wall
Kiosk links give you a bare, live-updating chart of today or tomorrow -- no menus, built for a spare monitor or an e-ink display you glance at across the room.
An API for everything else
Next meeting, free slots, ingestion health -- a small JSON API for a script or a device, so "am I free right now" is something your own tools can ask too.
Every surface above is optional and can be turned off individually if you would rather not use it.
